This retail behemoth spans an irregularly shaped area from bordered roughly by Alameda, Cherokee and the light rail on the west, and Center Ave on the south.

It overlaps and abuts with old industrial uses and the Denver Design Center.

The major tenants are Albertsons, K-mart, Pep-boys, Sam's Club, Radio Shack, Sally Beauty, tanning salons, a t-mobile, UPS store, Subway sandwich shop and 2 starbucks (one in the albertson's and one in the antique building on broadway itself).
