The "Bolt Factory" (who knows what the building was originally for) has been renovated and is now home to several different businesses.

The building is a project of Mark Brannon.

The rooftop provides for some real whimsy - on the front are two spaceships and at the rear is a tall tower that houses a 3 story unit and then more tower which will eventually be the home of...something... Hopefully windmills to power the building, but perhaps some other whimsical device.
