Humble Pie grand opening at 300 Elati on 20 October

The Humble Pie Store has announced its grand-opening celebration 20 October 2012 (the announcement is not on their site yet, but here's a press release)

in addition to sweet pies and savory pies, including quiche and galettes, the store will serve an assortment of beverages from espresso drinks to milkshakes blended with a slice of pie; whole pies can be ordered for special events; the shop originally hoped to have opened in August, but has been baking pies for sale at the Cherry Creek Farmer's Market all summer

300 Elati is one of several historic storefronts within the Baker Neighborhood, only a few of which still serve as retail outlets
