B-cycle coming to 1st & Broadway

when B-cycle recently announced addition of 31 new stations, Baker was mentioned, but details were lacking; we tried to pin them down, but B-cycle wrote back, "We have not yet announced all of the exact station locations, but if you are subscribed to our newsletter and social media, you will get the news as soon as it becomes public." …

no such details have emerged on @Denver_Bcycle, but the Denver Urbanism blog spilled the beans today: "The addition of a station on South Broadway at 1st Avenue, will be welcomed by the busy South Broadway commercial district." (nitpick: 1st Ave. intersects with North Broadway)

given the layout of that intersection, one can only assume that the station will be at Punch Bowl Social, whose owner expressed a desire for a B-cycle station back in 2010

we've also heard from D4 Urban that a B-cycle station is planned for their upcoming housing development at Cherokee & Dakota; Alameda Station Village, which has not yet broken ground, will have 280 apartments directly at the Alameda light rail station (not to be confused with Alta Alameda Station, at Cherokee & Alameda, currently under construction)
