Hazel & Dewey is a "modern mercantile" in the emerging scene of locally-owned businesses with well-curated product selections; the store feels like a small museum of functional design, focused on kitchen-to-table items, but also with art, greeting cards, a few fine edibles … a great place to shop for gifts

The Denver Design District is a retail location for providers of interior design services.

Perhaps best known for the tall yellow sculpture that has been there since the 1980s, it has historically had a feeling of being separate from the rest of the area.

In the mid 2000's the site was updated with a large glass room at the corner of Broadway and Center Ave which opened up that entrance to the design center making it more connected to Broadway.
