Get your "information" here at the Denver City and County "Office of Information." Rumored to contain a data center (i.e. lots of computers and networking equipment and disks) this is a very non-descript brick building with some windows bricked over on the South side and a large diesel generator in the parking lot in the North side.

Phil Milstein Park and Platte Trail

The Platte river recreation trail enters the Baker neighborhood right at several "extreme" points in the neighborhood. This area is:

  • The lowest altitude in the neighborhood
  • The Westernmost point
  • The Northwestern corner
  • One of the most difficult places to get to in the whole neighborhood
  • One of the biggest green spaces in the neighborhood

River South Greenway Master Plan

Baker's western boundary is the South Platte River, and of all Denver's neighborhoods Baker may have the longest frontage on the river; yet due to the Valley Highway (I-25), Santa Fe Drive and the railroad, Baker's riverfront is almost completely inaccessible
