Argyll gastropub coming to Broadway, but where?

Robert Thompson (whose Punch Bowl bowling alley/bistro is under construction in the former Big Lots at 1st & Broadway) has closed his Argyll "gastropub" in Cherry Creek and according to Westword he plans to reopen Argyll "a few blocks from the Punch Bowl ... at an undisclosed address" in a "new buildout ... on a 6,000-square-foot-plus parcel"; the Denver Post (last item in article) is a little more specific — it reports the new Argyll on Broadway will be 4500 sq. ft. with a 1000-square-foot "courtyard in the back", and will be 2 blocks south of Punch Bowl

so where could that be? ...

Underground Music Showcase returns to Broadway 21-24 July

if you've walked on Broadway recently, you already know because several different poster designs are in every window announcing the 11th annual Underground Music Showcase; not only is The UMS by far the biggest festival on Baker's edge, several of the musicians are Baker residents

venues from Moe's Original BBQ (530 Broadway) down to Spark Theatre (240 S. Broadway) will host 300+ performances over four days; panel discussions, a film festival, an art show and plenty of free people-watching, impromptu busking and perhaps a flash mob or two can be expected

if you know particular artists from Baker that will be playing, leave a comment (Baker troubadour Nathaniel Rateliff will be touring in Europe, but his backing band Fairchildren will play the UMS)
